30 minutes of deep rest, guided healing, and inner calm.

Take time out to fully relax and restore with this soothing 30-minute session that combines the healing properties of red light therapy with gentle, guided relaxation and breathing techniques.

You'll be guided through calming breathwork and a deeply restorative relaxation practice while your body absorbs the therapeutic benefits of red light—known to:

  • Reduce inflammation and tension
  • Improve circulation and skin health
  • Support hormonal balance and mood
  • Encourage deep cellular repair
  • Promote calm, clarity, and better sleep

In addition to one-to-one sessions and relaxation therapy, I also offer regular group yoga classes—a welcoming space to move, breathe, and build strength and flexibility alongside others.

These classes are suitable for all levels and are designed to support your overall wellbeing, whether you're new to yoga or looking to maintain a consistent practice.
