About Me

I’m a 45-year-old yoga teacher with a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and thrive—given the right tools and support. My journey into yoga began following a period of illness, when I turned to the practice as a way to reconnect with myself and rebuild my health. Through dedication and a shift to a cleaner, more mindful lifestyle, I’ve been able to come off medication and live with greater balance, clarity, and energy.
Over the years, I’ve overcome injuries, am navigating the natural changes of menopause, and embraced the lessons that come with age. As someone who also trains regularly, I know first-hand what it’s like to feel tight, sore, or restless—and how essential yoga has become for managing my mobility, sleep, and overall wellbeing. It’s not just a practice anymore—it’s a way of life.
My teaching experience spans across Europe, where I’ve had the privilege of leading classes, workshops, and retreats for people of all levels, backgrounds, and ages. I love creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to listen to their own body. Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice, I’ll meet you where you are.
Always curious and passionate about healing, I’m constantly exploring new ways to support the body’s natural systems. This led me to discover red light therapy—a powerful, evidence-based tool for stress relief, hormonal balance, inflammation reduction, and cellular repair. I’m incredibly excited to now be offering sessions that combine yoga and red light therapy, enhancing the already transformative effects of movement, breath, and rest.
Whether it’s through one-to-one sessions, group classes, or therapeutic experiences, my aim is simple: to help you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind, and more connected to yourself—whatever stage of life you're in.
